Cookie Dough Truffles - Part Two


Take the chilled dough out of the refrigerator and roll into one-inch balls. You should have approximately five dozen little balls, depending on how many you eat along to way. If the dough gets too sticky stick it back in the refrigerator for a bit. When done, pop these little babies back in the refrigerator for at least an hour, I do another overnighter.
