Have some old sock and you're not quite sure what to do with them? You can repurpose them into handy draft dodgers quickly, without even sewing. Just roll up old socks and stuff into a large sock. You can roll the end in or tie with ribbon for a decorative touch. The ones pictured below were made with the flimsy socks given out in the hospital and are very effective at cutting down the breeze in our very old and drafty windows.
