A Pain in the Sinus

This homemade remedy is easy, inexpensive, and probably already residing in your pantry. When sinus pressure and pain is getting you down, try one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in eight ounces of water twice a day. Many people find this works wonder for them and provides relief even when medication doesn’t seem to be helping. The only caveats with this remedy are: I wouldn’t use it if you have a sensitive tummy and it tastes really awful. Usually, the desire to rid yourself of the pain will override the not so pleasant taste that accompanies this cure. So, plug your nose and drink up.
