For the past twenty-four hours I have been trying to complete just one task, finish Little Girl's birthday present. It has not gone well. Besides the usual interruptions that come along with caring for a family with little ones I have burned my arm with grease, taken Little Boy to the doctor's office to discuss a swallowed dime, returned Little Boy to the doctor's office the next day for x-rays (dime was already out of the system), battled snow, sleet, rain, and wind, and somehow locked myself out of my own laundry room. Hopefully, I will be back later with a wonderful tale of how I completed it all, but until then say a little prayer for me.
